Your job Days 3-5
Day 3: Use the resources listed below to explore Sig Figs, measurement, SI.
Formative Assessment: Kahn Academy 5 Question Sig Fig. Submit your results on Aspen “submit assignments”
OR take a randomly generated quiz from Fred Senese at Frostburg State. Submit a screenshot on assignment page.
OR, if you still need more practice, Sign on to our Edmodo class page, and take the Sig Fig Quiz (here is a paper version of the online quiz). Edmodo will grade and give results by question in order to determine where questions lie.Kahn Academy 5 Question Sig Fig. Submit your results on Aspen “submit assignments” (5 points)
Day 4-5: Finish exploring content. Apply learning by completing the Measuring in Physics, Intro to Sig Figs Lab. Students should write the lab in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets collaborating with their lab partners. Share the document with your teacher. Upload link to our class website when ready for grading. (Rubric for grading Lab). Each student should submit a self reflection. (Lab is worth 30 points)
